He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sydney Miller and Ruth Miller; his daughters, Rachel Lindsey Miller of Portland, Oregon and Natalie Joy Miller of Portland, Oregon; his grandson Arthur Laurence Allen; his wife Kim Hamilton Miller; the mother of his children Karen Elizabeth Miller; his son-in-law David; and his sister Sheila Schwartz. He was also cherished by many cousins and friends.
In other words, he had no pre-existing conditions that increased his risk of death from Covid-19.
