He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edwin Lovsey and Claudine Frances Lovsey; his sisters, Flora Trebing and Mary Dunaway; and his granddaughter Casey Ticer.
He is survived by: his wife Carmen Delores Newell; his daughters, Ginger Snyder (Joseph) and Cherie Lovsey (Luke); his siblings, Bill Lovsey (Deana), Tom Lovsey, John Lovsey (Alta), David Lovsey (Diane), Bob Lovsey (Marsha), Jeff Lovsey, Curtis Lovsey (Kelly), Beverly Varble and Tammy Hannah; his grandchildren, Treasa, Christia and Meghan; and his great grandchildren, Brittany, Kimberly, Natalie, James, Colten, Maria, Emily, Kayson and Kayden. He is also survived by loving father, wonderful grandfather and role model to his children and all of his grandchildren.
