He was predeceased by: his parents, George Klaine and Margaret Klaine (Tuemler); his wife Dorothy Caroline Huesing; his son Richard; his grandsons, Kyle and Eric; and his brothers, Jack and Larry.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberley Mosel (Brent) of De Soto, Keith Klaine (Carol) of Murphysboro and Kevin Klaine (Sandy) of Florida; his grandchildren, Megan Dunker (Brad), Meredith Mills (Andrew), Allison Cagle (Chris), Jacy Woosley (Brent) and Blake DeRocher; his great grandchildren, Hannah Dunker, Mills, Lucy, Jack Cagle, Lane, Maylie and Grace Woosley; and his sister Carol Marie Klaine. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID restrictions, masks and social distancing are required.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Veterans Honor Flight of Southern Illinois; CLC Hospice at the VA Medical Center in Marion; or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
