He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Harold Dean and Harriet Aline Cox (Collins); his son Jason Lee Cox; and his brother Gary Cox. He is survived by: his son Jared Cox (Lisa) of Marion; his siblings, Shirley Smith (Jerry) and Louie Cox (Wanda); and his granddaughter Hailee Cox.
