With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phil Belbas (Carbondale, Illinois), who passed away on June 5, 2022 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Ethel Belbas; and his wife Betty Smith. He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Bobby Smith (Teresa) and Diane McClain-Inman; his niece Salina Holloway (Brian); and his nephew Bobby Smith, Jr. (Kylie).
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Francis Animal Shelter or the Sjogrens Foundation.
