It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick Joseph Nolan of Carbondale, Illinois, who passed away on February 15, 2025, at the age of 35, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Michael Nolan; his grandmother Ann; and his aunt Bridget Krystof. He is survived by: his mother Mary Greiwe (Shelton); his brothers, James Colacecchi (Jennifer) and Michael Nolan; his aunt Theresa Chambers; and his cousins, Jason, Eric, Christina Chambers, Margaret and Gerald Krystof.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Meredith Funeral Home (300 S University Ave, Carbondale, IL 62901). A prayer was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025.
