We are sad to announce that on November 20, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Mary Williams-Turner of Carbondale, Illinois, born in Granite City, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Barnes and Julia Barnes (Veesaert); and her spouse Eddie Eugene Turner. She is survived by: her son Scott Williams (Sharon) of Marietta, GA; her stepchildren, Dawn Pachett (James) of Longview, TX and Douglas Turner (Brenda) of Carrollton, GA; her stepgrandchildren, Brandi Turner-Purvis of Mobile, AL and Adam C. Packet; her nephew Terry Barnes of Clark Valley, MO; her nieces, Patricia Tozier of Tucson, AZ, Phyllis Barnes of Orange, CA and Rochelle Henderson of Edwardsville, IL; and her sister-in-law Phyllis Tow of DeSoto, IL. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of love may be directed to the Dementia Society of America and/or Alzheimer's Association and will be accepted at the funeral home.
