He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Jack and Pauline Pike (Smith). He is survived by: his wife Judith Pike; his children, Cody Jack Pike and Jamie Pike; his grandson Gavin Stevens; and his close friends, Frank Columbo and Jan Nielson.
