He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Hornick and Luella Hornick; and his wife Dona Lee Henry. He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Hornick (Karen) and Brett Hornick (Karen); and his brother Gerald Hornick. He is also survived by three grandsons; three great-grandsons.
