With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry Cox of Carbondale, Illinois, who passed away on April 21, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Cox and Alma Lee Cox (Collins); his wife Darlene Hill; his daughter Amy Cox; and his siblings, Charlotte Johnson and Ronnie Cox.
He is survived by: his son Robert Cox (Leslie); his sister Rachael Ellis of Carbondale; his grandchildren, Taylor Ellis, Caleb Cox and Carson Cox; and his brother Danny Cox of Carbondale. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
