She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank M. Fulmer and Harriett E. Fulmer (Ketring); her nephew Travis Fulmer; and her brother-in-law Bruce Lipe. She is survived by: her siblings, John Fulmer (Donna) and Alesia Fulmer Lipe; and her pet Emma. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
