It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerald Hoffman of Carbondale, Illinois, who passed away on November 7, 2022, at the age of 41, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jerald Hoffman to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bryon Hoffman and Jackie Hoffman (Scivally); and his grandparents, JoAnn Cook, Marlyn Hoffman, Opal, Bob Gobble and Don Scivally.
He is survived by: his son Wyatt Hoffman of Cobden; his sister Amy Casper (Tim) of Cobden; his nephew Bradley Casper of Cobden; and his aunt Donna Scivally of Anna. He is also survived by several other aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends.
In lieu of customary remembrances, the family request with gratitude that memorial contributions be made to Crain Funeral Home to assist the family with the arrangements.
