It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harry Frederick William Perk of Carbondale, Illinois, born in Los Angeles, California, who passed away on September 12, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Perk of Rosales; and his sister Karran E. Richards. He is survived by: his sons, David Perk (Monica Alcabin) of Seattle, WA and Jeff Perk (Jacqueline Romeo) of Boston, MA; his grandson Isaac Perk of Seattle, WA; and his sister Joyce Hughes Clayton of Woodland Hills, CA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
