She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Edgar and Bertha Florence Lingle (Harvel); her husband Cecil Franklin; her daughter Claudia Jane Dunn; and her grandchild Carmen Dunn.
She is survived by: her son Clyde "Rusty" Arnold (Marilyn) of Jonesboro; her stepchildren, Maury Lee Franklin of Mounds and Sherry Lee Ellet (Rick) of Carterville; her granddaughter Kim Swain (Scott) of Carbondale; her great grandchild Cole Swain; and her son-in-law Lloyd "Red" Dunn of Jonesboro. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
