He is survived by: his wife Helen Culley of Carbondale; his children, Nancy George (Craig) of St. Charles, MO, Scott Ottesen (Kitty) of Bradenton, FL, Mark Ottesen of Carbondale and Patrick Ottesen of Corvallis, OR; his granddaughter Jennifer Ketring (Benjamin) of Point Arena, CA; his children, Brooke Ottesen of Ft. Worth, TX, Matthew Ketring of Portland, OR, Bryan Ottesen of Grove, OK, Christopher George of St. Charles, MO, Andrew Ottesen of Wilmington, NC, Lux Ottesen of Kansas City, MO and Eero Ottesen of Kansas City, MO; and his brother William John Ottesen of Centerville, TN. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
