It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Garrett James Barr of Carbondale, Illinois, born in Tucson, Arizona, who passed away on October 16, 2021, at the age of 28, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his mother Sally Winters; and his siblings, Harrison, Weston Barr, Haley, Emma, Grace Winters, Jory and Eva Barr.
