Bolinski of Phoenix, AZ; and his siblings, Elizabeth Louise "Betty" Werger of Pinckneyville, IL, James "Jim" Alan Bolinski of Pinckneyville, IL, Doris Ann Beaty (James) of Pinckneyville, IL and Robert Jerald Bolinski of Pinckneyville, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
