He is survived by: his parents, Bob Bittle and Virginia Bittle (Hickam); his wife Chris; his children, Jennifer Windings (John), Candice Meadows (Anthony) and Brocklin Bittle; his grandchildren, Tessa, Christopher, Caleb, Connor Windings, Victoria Bittle (Jacob), Jasmine and Jada Meadows; his great grandchildren, Josh, Matthew, Lexi, Isabella and Eden; his siblings, Richard Bittle (Marcia) and Jean Ann Lindsey (Gerald); his sister-in-law Monica Heern Crouse (Matt); his pets, Kodi and Rufus; and his child Pat. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Meredith Funeral Home (300 S University Ave, Carbondale, IL 62901). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Pleasant Grove Memorial Park (31 Memorial Dr, Murphysboro, IL 62966).
In memory of Everett, memorials may be made to Disabled American Veterans and will be accepted at the funeral home.
