He was predeceased by: his parents, Mart Collins and Nellie Collins (Williamson); his sisters, Dorothy Henderson, Aline Cox and Alma Lee Cox; and his great grandchild Adalyn Elise Newton.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Collins; his sons, Shannon Collins (Christina), Steven Dale Collins (Vicki Lynn) and Jeff Collins (Jane Roe); his grandchildren, Clifford Collins, Cassie Newton (Sean), Melissa Wright (Tyler), Joshua Collins and Bryce Collins; and his great grandchildren, Chevi Collins, Evelyn Newton and Casey Collins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
