She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Theodore and Edna Estelle Humphrey (Viernum); her husband Larry Lee Domineck; her sons, Jerry and Larry Lee Domineck, Jr.; and her siblings, Raymond, Curtis, Franklin, Aleene "Botsie", Jessie, Mary, Helen, Ellen and Mildred.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Bergfeld (John) of Carbondale and Dale Domineck of Royalton; her grandchildren, Lauren Pilcher (Aaron) of Huron, SD, Jessica Bergfeld of Carbondale and E. J. Bergfeld (Elizabeth) of Chester; her great grandchildren, Ainsley, James, Loxley Pilcher and Brexlee Bergfeld; her sister June Beavers of Marion; and her sister-in-law Patsy McKenzie.
In honor of Evelyn's wishes, memorial contributions may be made to Miners Cemetery in Royalton.
