With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dwain Dallas Forby of Carbondale, Illinois, who passed away on June 13, 2024 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Gerald D. Forby; his daughter Marci Kristine; his brother Michael; and his friends, Linda Hagler and Brenda Hagler.
He is survived by: his mother Peggy Lou (McGee); his children, Eric Forby (Bonnie), Angela Knaub (Markus) and Katie Milton (Brad); his grandsons, Jacob, Sam Forby, Niko and Kayson Knaub; his siblings, Karen Brown (Mike), Russell, Neal and Lyndon (Karri); and also Wally Hagler. He is also survived by his former wife and the mother of his children.
Memorials may be made to the Bald Knob Cross, Union Hill Christian Church, or Shriners Hospitals for Children and will be accepted at the funeral home or church.
