She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilburn Schnoeker and Nora Schnoeker (Bierman); her husband Charles Dale Rice; and her siblings, Leland, Dale, E. Jean Schroeder and Arlene Lampe.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Rice (Bridget) of Makanda, IL, Stacy Longoria (Jesse) of Ocala, FL and Sherri Rice of Burke, VA; her grandchildren, Jessica Schmelzel (Thomas), Clinton Rice (Kelsey), Willow Longoria, Chloe Longoria, Isabella Longoria and Sophia McCullers; and her great grandchildren, Lydia, Grant, Isaac, Lucy, Maggie, William and Nora.
