He is survived by: his wife Nancy Morehead; his children, David Morehead (Brenda), Thomas Morehead, Jenny Shakespeare (Scott McGovney) and Kimberly Carlson (Bryan); his siblings, Derrell Morehead, Jerry Wayne Morehead (Fran) and Sylvia Rose; his grandchildren, Michael, Jay, Kaylee and Reece; and his great grandchild Olivia.
Memorials may be made in Don's name to Hospice of Southern Illinois.
