She is survived by: her husband Melvin "Tony" McPhail; her children, Jessica McPhail, Savannah McPhail and Anthony "Tony" McPhail; her grandchildren, Brooke Myers and Haleigh Cox; and her siblings, Sheli McDonald, Scott Rajtar (Jeanine) and Gary Rajtar (Amy).
