He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Palmer and Florine Palmer (Warren). He is survived by: his wife Kerry Lynn Palmer (Taylor); his daughters, Susan Miller (Gage) and Amy Youngblood (Ryan); his siblings, Rick Palmer, Joann Schoeborn (Frank) and Lynn Suppes; his stepson Zachary Santistevan; and his grandchildren, Mitchell, Reese Brandon, Abigail and Jonathan Youngblood.
