He is survived by: his husband Wayne Larsen; his children, Rebecca and Miles; his daughter-in-law Miriam; his grandchildren, Raphaella and Elijah; his brother Sam; his sister-in-law Judy; his former wife Fran Rush; and also Bob Branson. He is also survived by four nephews.
