She is survived by: her husband Jerald "Jay" Sims; her children, David Gossage (Sara) of St. Louis, MO, Matthew Gossage (Amber) of Cape Girardeau, MO and Krystle Sims of Marion; and her siblings, Donna Steele of Thompsonville, Danny McClanahan of Du Quoin, Jack McClanahan of Chester, Bill McClanahan of Tennessee and Cecelia "Sissy" Lively of Cambria.
In lieu of flowers, friends may make memorials to Thompsonville Seventh Day Adventist Church and will be accepted at the funeral home.
