Clyde left this world on April 5, 2025 at the age of 97, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Clyde leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Clyde may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Anderson and Maggie Anderson (Dixon); his wife Marjorie Louise Shattuck; and his brother Wayne. He is survived by: his son Reed Anderson (Joanne) of Murphysboro; and his grandson Aaron of Murphysboro. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at the Anderson Funeral Home (218 W Hurlbut Ave, Belvidere, IL 61008).
