It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Mitchell of Carbondale, Illinois, born in Enfield, Illinois, who passed away on November 1, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Mitchell and Bertha Skelton (Belva); his siblings, Kenneth Mitchell and Joan; and his brother-in-law James Rubenacker.
He is survived by: his wife Margie Karcher; his brothers, Clarence Mitchell (Arlene) and Frank; and his sisters-in-law, Cathy Ferrari and Flo Ann Mitchell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
No flowers please, memorial donations can be made to St Francis Catholic Church in Carbondale.
