She was predeceased by: her husband W. Manion Rice; and her parents, Arthur Rogers and Bennie Mae Rogers. She is survived by: her sons, Matthew Rogers Rice of Springfield and Craig Benjamin Rice (Karen) of Mundelein; her grandchildren, Brian, Eric and Michelle; her daughter Carol Rice Andrews (Keith); and her great grandchild Ben of Tuscaloosa, Alabama..

Mrs. Rice requested that any memorials be made, as appropriate, to the American Cancer Society or First United Methodist Church.
