It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joel Hubbs (Carbon Cliff, Illinois), born in Moline, Illinois, who passed away on February 3, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Georgina Bonte Hubbs and John Hubbs; and his brother James Hubbs. He is survived by: his sisters, Jeanne Koch of California, Jeri Wells of East Moline and Jena Lewis of Indiana.
