He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Hendrix and Josephine Hendrix; his son Donald; his granddaughter Amber; and his sister Loretta.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Bonnie Johnson (Jodi Ferrin), John Hendrix (Tammy) and Connie Murray (Brian); his grandchildren, Misty Benore, Ryan Johnson, Elizabeth Haynes and Lucas Haynes; and his great grandchildren, Taylor Hammer, Sophia Johnson, Olivia Johnson, Paisley Haynes, Aaliyah Benore, Anthony Johnson, Brianna Benore and Presley Haynes.
