He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray McCullough and Ruth McCullough (Becker); and his brother Raymond Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Ann McCullough (Robert Stein) of Denver, CO, Shane of Capron, IL and Travis (Erin Copeland) of Capron, IL; and his sisters, Pam McCullough, Jolene Slater (Greg Morelock) and Lori Welch (Andy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
