He is survived by: his children, Fred Fay Jr (Pam) of Anaheim, CA, John Fay of Anaheim, CA, Karen VonLanken (Kirk) of Columbia, TN, Linda Huber (David) of Sugar Grove, IL and Sheryl Abt (Stephen) of Viroqua, WI; and his brother Michael Fay (Debbie) of Mundelein, IL. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.
