Heather (Phares) Mundhenke Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 26, 2020, at the age of 40, Heather (Phares) Mundhenke (Cantrall, Illinois), born in West Palm Beach, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father John Phares; her grandparents, Benjamin F. Mansfield, Janet Ryan, Orrin and Hester Phares; her aunts and uncles, Benjamin E. Mansfield, John E. Mansfield, James Ryan, Ethel Fesser and Betty Boils; and her father-in-law John Mundhenke.
She is survived by: her mother Kim Phares (Mansfield) of Taylorville, IL; her husband Kevin Mundhenke of Cantrall, IL; her brothers, Joe Phares of Taylorville, IL and Scott Phares of Michigan; her children, Jonathan Mundhenke (Alana) of Chatham, IL and Tarah Kesinger (Clinton) of Springfield, IL; her mother-in-law Barbara Mundhenke of Cantrall, IL; her siblings-in-law, Jerome Mundhenke (Judy) of Sherman, IL and Lisa Frank of Michigan; and her uncle Dwight Phares of Shelbyville, IL. She is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
Due to the COVID-19 Private family services will be held at Sutton Memorial Home and graveside service will be in Grove City Cemetery in Grove City, IL Pastor Keith Masten will officiate the services.
