He was predeceased by: his sister Cheyenne Edwards; his great-grandparents, Vernon "Lee" and Blanche Wilkinson; his uncle R. Brice Wilkinson; and his aunt Brenda Wilkinson.

He is survived by: his parents, Derek Cozad and Brienna Cozad (Wilkinson); his grandparents, Michael and Rita Wilkinson; his sisters, Mikayla Knott (Joseph) and Destiney Cozad (Makayla Stockov); his nephew William "Liam" Knott; his uncle Brett Wilkinson (Tiffany); and his cousins, Brock Wilkinson (Elizabeth) and Trent Wilkinson (Brittany Krampe).
