He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Lane and Elberta Lane (Reid) of Carthage, IL.; his wife Beulah Shipman; and his brothers-in-law, Ronald Shipman, Wayne Shipman and Richard Baker.
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Weers (Tom), Karen Churchill (Norm), Bruce Lane (Amy) and Cyndie Rees (Kevin); his grandchildren, Sara Hammond, Jean Jockisch, Aaron Haacke, TJ Weers, Mary Rees, Justin Lane and Kevin Rees; his great grandchildren, Tay Hammond, Christopher Jockisch and Lilah De Jesus; his sister Joan Baker; and his siblings-in-law, Sandy Shipman and Michael "Butch" Moore (Missy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
