He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Beaird and Lena Beaird (Munson); his wife Evelyn I. Thompson; and his siblings, Willis, Doyle, Grover "Zeke", Duane Beaird, Charlotte Beaird, Bertha Vaughn, Goldie Parks, Wilma Hyde, Audrey Pickel, Twila Simpson and Doris Ellis.
He is survived by: his children, William L. Beaird (Ralynn) of Bartonville, IL, Daniel A. Beaird (Geralyn) of Canton, IL and Sandra "Sue" Beuster (Alan) of Granite City, IL; his grandchildren, Eric Beaird (Kelly), Andrew Beuster (Malia), Emily Dean (Brent), Laura Howard (Justin) and Nathan Beuster (Emily); and his great grandchildren, Aimee, Taylor, Ethan, Evelyn and Aiden.
Due to COVID-19, private graveside services will be held at Howard Cemetery in rural Smithfield, IL.
