She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Butler (Walt) of Decherd, Tennessee; her granddaughter Shawntel Hedrick of Peoria; her great grandchild Maconha Hyatt of Peoria; and her siblings, Tracey Juechems (Lee) of Pekin and Terry Hallmark (Marla) of Oregon. She is also survived by three nieces and three nephews.
