He is survived by: his close friend Mary Kay Watson; his children, Jeremy Kauzlarich (Andrea Vietti), Tricia Streitmatter (Kevin), Tracie Markey (Dusty) and Julie Kidder (Mark); and his grandchildren, Lani, Jaren, Emma, Bailey, Grace, Logan, Ellie, Anna, Jacob, Claire, Luke and Levi.
