It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Jean Williams of Canton, Illinois, who passed away on February 19, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Cyril and Irene Loveland (Schubach); her son Arthur L. "Buddy" Beckett, Jr.; her daughters-in-law, Jennifer Beckett and Sonja Beckett; and her siblings, Roland Loveland, Billy Loveland and Sandy Semande.
She is survived by: her husband Terry Williams of Canton; her children, Clyde Beckett of Ellisville and Terry Williams, Jr. (Alexis) of Canton; her grandchildren, Brittney Askew (Jake), Matthew Beckett, Kristina Adkisson (Ben) and Clyde Beckett, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Abbiegale, Alijah, Mason and Hazel Askew; and her siblings, Glenn Harvey Loveland, Wilma Watkins, Linda Snyder and Virginia Grubb.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Calendar Moore Memorial (108 E Washington St, Avon, IL 61415). A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Ellisville Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the wishes of the family and left in the care of the funeral home.
