It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Lee Chasteen of Canton, Illinois, who passed away on November 15, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Chasteen and Alice Chasteen (Lockwood); and his brother Larry Chasteen. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Slater; his children, Diana Chasteen-Walker of Canton, Danita Ellis (Greg) of Canton and Ron Chasteen of Canton; and his sister Charlotte Riley of Cuba. He is also survived by six grandsons; one granddaughter; four great-granddaughters.
