He is survived by: his spouse Jeannett Williams; his children, Chris Hulvey (Kaity) of Des Moines, Iowa and Lori Jarvis (Dan) of Cuba; his grandchildren, Danielle Moss (Jason), Alana Selph (Troy), Rachel Jarvis (Andy), Michael Hulvey (Layne), Stevie Miller (Troy), Alyssa Hulvey, Erika Hulvey, Carlee Defrates, Dustin Defrates (Megan), Casey Defrates (Lindsay), Brittney Defrates, Brody Hulvey, Charlotte Hulvey and Addison Hulvey; and his siblings, Dean Hulvey of Mt. Sterling, Illinois, Mike Hulvey of Mary and Dorothy Weaver of Indiana. He is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren.
