He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Groff and Marilyn Groff; and his parents-in-law, Stella Louise and James Oatman. He is survived by: his sisters, Pam Fugate and Lisa Sullivan (Ryan). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Bob learned of Tunnel to Towers from his brother-in-law Jimmy Oatman, and requested that memorials be made to that organization.
