With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert D. Beckner Sr. (Canton, Illinois), born in Union, Illinois, who passed away on September 3, 2021 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Carl K. Becker Jr. of Crystal City, FL and Colleen Lacey II (John) of Pekin, IL; his brothers-in-law, Don Wright (Diva) of Farmington, IL and Dick Wright of Woodlands, TX; and his close friend Sandy Daley.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Wright; his children, Robert D. Beckner Jr. (Vicki) of Minier, IL and Judith Ann-Beckner Mast (Tom) of Carrollton, TX; his grandchildren, Shannon Beckner (Elton Boone) of Columbia, MO, Jessica Norris (Tim) of O'Fallon, MO, Erik Beckner (Jackie) of Bloomington, Ryan Mast of Carrollton, TX, Heidi Mast of Carrollton, TX and Andrew Mast of Carrollton, TX; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Emerson Boone, Tyler, Carter Norris, Finnegan and McKenzie Beckner; his brother Kent L. Beckner (Vickie) of Canton, IL; his sister-in-law Jean Wright of Woodlands, TX; and his nephews, Doug, Mendy Kepler and Mike Reith. He is also survived by several cousins, six nieces.
