He is survived by: his wife Deborah "Deb" Baldock; his son Jason Windsor (Shelly); his granddaughter Leah Windsor; his siblings, Tim Windsor of Peoria, John Windsor of Astoria, Sandra McCombs (Jan) of Littleton, Penny Windsor of Macomb and Amiee Burget (Shannon) of Summum; his mother-in-law Shirley Baldock of Canton; his brothers-in-law, Michael Baldock (Luann) of Edwards and Robert Federmeyer of Lake Stevens, Washington; and his brother Marty Vahle.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to an education fund for his granddaughter, Leah.
