He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Susan Clark; his children, Alison McHugh and Matthew McHugh; and his siblings, Paula Vinton (Raymond), Patricia McHugh (Steven Best), Christine McHugh (Brockton), Catherine Quigg (Billy), Cora McHugh (Milton), Virginia Scanlon (Canton), John McHugh (Thailand) and Paul McHugh (Christine). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
