She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton Utsinger and Virginia Utsinger (Chapman); her son William; and her siblings, Carol, Sharon and Donald.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Cozad (Jessica) of Havana, IL, Gail Cozad of St. Charles, MO, Tammie Denning (Perry) of Farmington, IL, Randy Cozad (Rhonda) of Macomb, IL, Rusty Cozad of Canton, IL, Richard Cozad (Kari) of Cuba, IL and Robert Cozad of St. Charles, MO; her stepsons, Charles Osborne Jr. (Terri) and Justin Osborne (Lori); and her brother Richard Utsinger. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
