He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Coulter and Eloise Coulter (Wallace); his brothers, Larry Reagan, Dick and Jerry Coulter; and his grandson Miration.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Howard; his children, Christy Welch (Eric) of Florida, Cari Hinton (Mike) of Colorado, Craig Coulter of Colorado, Brandon Martin (Jenna) of Farmington, Cory Coulter (Kellie Holder) of Canton and Beau Coulter (Kyndra Bitner) of Canton; and his brother Terry Dean Coulter of Fiatt. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
