He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas James and Lela Rose Landis Crouch (Shawgo); and his wife Susan Hitchcock. He is survived by: his siblings, Gregory Thomas Crouch (Laurie) of Daphne, AL and Linda S. Huggins of Canton, IL..
